The Lawyers Financial Employee Benefits Plan has been tailored to the needs of small to mid-size law firms with 3-20 employees. 

Like all plans, our rates are subject to review each year. However, it’s our goal to stabilize rates over time so that you are not faced with excessive increases. 

This helps you budget your annual expenses with greater accuracy and avoid the sticker shock that may come with other plans. 

Our plan provides Life and Accidental Death coverage to age 80 as well as Health and Dental coverage to all law firm employees for as long as they are working full time. 

The Plan also includes features not offered in a typical employee benefits plan such as convalescent care and trip cancellation insurance. 

When you add our extensive Dental coverage and optional Life and Critical Illness insurance, you can offer your team a comprehensive blanket of protection.
