Lawyers Financial Annual General Meeting
Take notice that the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Lawyers Financial shall be held at their registered office, 5 Park Home Avenue, Suite 500, Toronto, ON M2N 6L4 on Friday, May 29 at 12:00 p.m. EDT (the “Meeting”), with the ability to attend remotely via a Microsoft Teams link.
At that time the Financial Statements and the Public Accountant’s report on the Financial Statements shall be presented, the Public Accountants for the ensuing year shall be appointed and the remuneration of the Public Accountants shall be fixed or shall be referred to the Directors for decision.
Members (or their proxy holders) who wish to attend the Meeting, either in person or remotely, are asked to contact Lawyers Financial by not later than 5:00 p.m. EDT on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 with their CBA Member number at l.sullivan@lawyersfinancial.ca, to obtain access instructions.
A copy of the 2025 Financial Statements will be available for examination at Lawyers Financial’s registered office at 5 Park Home Avenue, Suite 500, Toronto ON M2N 6L4 not less than 21 days before the date of the Meeting. Members may direct any request about the Meeting or procuring a copy of the 2025 Financial Statements to the Secretary of Lawyers Financial at l.sullivan@lawyersfinancial.ca.
